1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RCADYA platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RCADYA.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Users must connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet (e.g., MetaMask) to participate in games or transactions.

To access certain features, you must register an account by providing accurate information (username, email, etc.). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Wallet and Transactions

RCADYA provides a custodial wallet system using USDC on the Base network. All deposits, withdrawals, and in-game transactions are final and irreversible. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. RCADYA is not liable for loss of funds due to user error, compromised keys, or third-party actions.

5. Gameplay and Staking

Players may stake USDC to participate in matches. Stakes are held in escrow until the match concludes. Winners receive their share according to the match rules (typically 90% or more of the total stake after platform fee). The Platform deducts a 10% fee from the total staked amount to cover operations and development. All gameplay is skill-based; no element of chance is involved. Cheating, collusion, or abuse results in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

6. Platform Fee and Royalties

The standard platform fee is 10% of the total staked amount per match. For games developed and owned by third-party developers, the fee may be split (e.g., 1% to RCADYA, 9% as royalty to the game creator). Fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

All content on the Platform (logos, code, designs, games) is owned by RCADYA or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCADYA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law
