RCADYA is currently in early-access beta. The Platform, its games, and all underlying systems are under active development. Bugs, outages, access issues, and unexpected behavior may occur at any time.
Participation involves real USDC held in a custodial wallet system managed by RCADYA. You may lose some or all of your funds. All transactions are final. It is your sole responsibility to verify that using the Platform is legal where you are located.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the RCADYA website, applications, and services. By registering or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Platform Overview
RCADYA is a skill-based multiplayer gaming platform. All match outcomes are determined exclusively by player skill.
Match formats include:
• 1v1 Matches: Winner receives 90% of the pool, RCADYA retains max 10%.
• Multiplayer (10–30 players): 90% redistributed to top 3 (50%/30%/10%), RCADYA retains max 10%.
• Third-Party Games (“notOurs”): Fee split 1% RCADYA / 9% game owner.
Funds are deducted only when the match starts.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You may hold only one account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Wallet and Fund Management
RCADYA operates a custodial wallet system. Your USDC is held by us. You do not hold the private keys. Deposits credit upon confirmation. Withdrawals are manual and may take up to 72 hours. Do not deposit more than you can afford to lose.
4. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
Zero-tolerance for bots, bug exploitation, collusion, VPN abuse, match fixing, or harassment. Violations lead to permanent ban and forfeiture of balances.
